THE MACHINE (a.k.a. THE BEAST)

Thanks to the world of CNC we are able to reproduce any design without any differences from the actual design. Our machine was made by 3D Motion CNC. After a long 5 year project in conjunction with 3D Motion of California, and state of the art CAD programming by Shape 3D in France, JC Hawaii has pushed itself into the future of surfboards. Working with these machines on a daily basis, we have been able to fine-tune and perfect each and every shape we have, and promote consistency with our boards in general. All of our boards are made either in our Hawai'i or California factories, and we have a machine located inside each of these facilities. Each and every board we produce is made in-house to insure quality and consistency.
